Suggest Diet Plan For Constipation In Infants

Hi doctor my baby is 2 years old. She has been suffering with constipation problem since one month.Her weight is 9kgs. Doctor suggested us not to use lactrum and jr horlicks and lactozen.Can I give her cerelc. Please advice a best diet plan Thankyou.

Yes, she can use cerelac if she has no previous problem with them.

She needs to use a lot of fruits and vegetables along with other sources of whole grain to help with constipation.
Fruits and/or vegetables should be given with each main meal and a small amount with her snacks.

In addition, she should be given enough water to drink because constipation is sometimes linked in inadequate fluid intake.
