To avoid hemorrhoids problem you should avoid
constipation by consuming high fiber food e.g. raw fruits and vegetable, whole grain, oat etc and get minimally 8 glass of water every day, I recommend you to begin the day with a glass of lemon warm water.
The hemorrhoids problem is a vascular and connectivity tissue problem, for that reason you should add to your
diet food containing omega 3 oils, vitamin C, zinc,
magnesium,
vitamin E.
You should avoid diet high in refined carbohydrates, animal food that increases the inflammation.
You should chew the food slowly for a better digestion and absorption.
You should have a no sedentary life having minimally 30 minutes of brisk walking every day and making squats, bicycling that toned abdominal and
pelvic floor muscle.
