diet plan for microalbumneria .
Microalbuminuria occurs when the kidney leaks small amounts of albumin into the urine – in other words, when there is an abnormally high permeability for albumin in the renal glomerulus.
Usually, cells and proteins stay in the blood, but sometimes a small amount of protein is lost into the urine along with other waste products.

Exercis ,Walk regularly, Yoga ,Pranayam -Deep Breathing if possible for 30 minutes a day or more as per your capacity
Eating at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day
Increasing the amount of complex carbs in your diet
Choose to eat carbohydrates that release energy slowly such as porridge oats, brown rice and lentils and beans , ginger, garlic and supplements full of antioxidants as Aloe vera juice 35 ml + Amla juice 2 spoons , A level spoon of Turmeric powder + Almond oil and juice of bitter gourd 30 ml is very important for our sound mental and physical health and strengthen immune response naturally
Cut down on alcohol & smoking
