Hello. I am a thirteen year old female. I am concerned about my weight. I weigh 63 kg. (140 pounds) and am exactly 5 feet tall. I know I am overweight and am looking for vegetarian diets, or any long-term diet that does not include much exercise. I have a very busy schedule, so I am not allowed the time to try yoga or any other activities. Any specific diets would be appreciated, thank you.
