Suggest Diet Plan For Overweight Due To Hypo Thyroidism

Hi Sam ., I have been diagnosied with Hypo thyroidism , My TSH value reads as 100. I have gained excess weight,Y HEIGHT IS 5"4" and weighta bt 82 kilos. Am being ,edicated with a tablet namesd thyronoem , please suggest some diet to get back to normal weight. I have baby who is 8 months old now
