Suggest Diet Plan For Premature Baby

My baby is premature baby born at 32 weeks. Now 7 months completed as per date of birth. From due date 5 months completed. We shifted to dexolax 2 but baby taking less milk compared to dexolax 1. Cerelac rice we are guvubg. When Ragi poddrige is given stools are black in colour. When to give ragi. When to start fruits. Can we continue with dexolax 2 or change to dexolax 1

Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what your baby had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it's better to give starting formula for level 1 for another month in such case and then switch to level 2.

Also, weaning can be started and if ragi porridge isn't tolerated, coeliac serology may be needed but other options like rice, banana, cerelac etc may be given.
