Hi I am 26 years old female from Kerala. My height is 149 cm and weigh 123.5 pound (56 kg). I am working in software field and do not get much of exercise except for 10 minutes walking on a daily basis in the morning on my way to office. Its not jogging or any special effort taken in for the exercise option, but rather a routine. I have put on 4-5 kg in the last one year and now am concerned about this pattern and need a detailed advice on the diet plans that might suit me. Underweight = Normal weight = 18.5–24.9 Overweight = 25–29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater.
This is nothing to worry about. We have plan the diet and exercise to reduce your weight not more than 3 to 4 kg. You must increase your physical activity from 10 minutes to atleast 40 minutes per day for 5 days a week. Consume diet rich in fibers like green vegetables and fruits. Avoid deep fried foods and junk foods as well as fast foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid diet rich in oil and fat rich foods.
