Do
weight training for 2 days and cardio for 3 days. As you can burn stubborn fat only by weight training.
Eat low calorie food such as broccoli, melon, spinach. Eat wheat bread sandwich/oats/ roti/cornflakes with milk in the morning. Drink lemon juice without sugar daily.
Eat vegetable/sprout salad as snacks in between meals.
For dinner take soup along food.
Avoid "white"-Rice, cheese, cottage cheese, butter, milkmaid, icing, mayonnaise, refined flour.
Avoid fried food, red meat and oily food.
Make sure your plate is always colourful with vegetables and fruits.
