Suggest Diet Plan To Lose Weight

My name is Sumayya Jawed and I am 19 years old. My height is 5ft and so my weight is kg. I wanted consult you regarding my weight problem. I go to the gym 5 days a week and I do cardio exercises for about two hours on daily basis . I am not that kind of person who is obsessed with food, in fact I have a normal diet just as any normal person has. The problem is that apart from all these things I'm not losing my weight and fats. I am concerned about it. Please help me and do mention a diet plan. Thanks .

Hello,
Thank you for writing to HCM.

Do weight training for 2 days and cardio for 3 days. As you can burn stubborn fat only by weight training.
Eat low calorie food such as broccoli, melon, spinach. Eat wheat bread sandwich/oats/ roti/cornflakes with milk in the morning. Drink lemon juice without sugar daily.
Eat vegetable/sprout salad as snacks in between meals.
For dinner take soup along food.
Avoid "white"-Rice, cheese, cottage cheese, butter, milkmaid, icing, mayonnaise, refined flour.
Avoid fried food, red meat and oily food.
Make sure your plate is always colourful with vegetables and fruits.
