I just wrote down and plan to encourage my husband to switch to decaf coffee for a week or two to see if his blood sugar readings improve. After this , trial I would be pleased to report the results to you and ask for your suggestions as to what we need to do to follow up on our attempt to lower his sugar levels. An additional question now is , as follows , My husband is 5 feet 91/2 inches tall and weighs 194 lbs. Is he slightly overweight or very overweight? Also would appreciate any suggestions for diet for weight loss. Thanks, B Cohen

Dear sir

The proper diet plan to reduce blood sugar level

carbohydrates - 70 percent
protiens - 15 to 20 percent
fats - 15 - 20 percent.

Divide the diet into 5 portions including morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and night dinner.
A mid morning snack and evening snacks are recommended to avoid low sugars.

It is ideal for tailoring the diet plan.

Thanks
