Hello. I am 5'5'' and weigh about 120 pounds. I am a ballet dancer and dance for at least 2 hours a day. I am trying to get down to 105. What is a good menu or food plan that I should follow to achieve this within the next 2-3 months? A very detailed menu for 3 or 4 days would be helpful.
Hi thanks for asking question. I can understand your concern. Along with diet regular exercise is also necessary. Daily do jogging for 30 minutes. Take more fruits in daytime like apple, orange. High fiber diet is helpful like cereal, whole pulse etc. Avoid fatty food and cheese like food. Fast food is totally prohibited for you. Drink more water.Pasta can be helpful. Pizza , burger like food totally prohibited if you want to loose weight in short time. Take protein more as compared to fat and sugar. TAKE BOILED DIET ,NOT FRIED. I hope my suggestions will help you to reduce your weight. thanks
