Hello thanx for using hcm, Sir your sugars are high you need to modify diet.
You need to take low
carbohydrate balanced diet
1. Try to eat small meals rather than three big meals
2. All cereals , fruits, milkproducts are carbohydrates so consume in right quantity referring the carbohydrate exchange portion size.30-45 gms of carbs in each meal.
3. Avoid simple sugars and starches like fruit juices, energy drinks, carbonated drinks,potatoes and yams, refined cereals and breads, sweets, cakes , pastries.
4.Try to include healthy sources of
proteins in each meal like egg, chicken without skin, lean meats, dals, beans, nuts as they satisfy you hunger.
5. Eat lots of vegetables in the form of salads as it rich in fibre , delays
glucose absorption and also gives you feeling of fullness.
6.Last but not the least go for some physical exercise like brisk walk daily for 30 minutes . It helps in maintaining good sugar levels.
