Suggest Diet Plans To Lose Weight

I haven't eaten breakfast or lunch in 11 years and over this period I've gained a lot of weight, from 120 lbs at 14 to 185 lbs at 25. I have no idea how many calories I should be eating throughout the day to not only sort out my metabolism, but also to lose this weight I've gained. (I'm a sedentary/lightly active, 5'5" female). Basically, my question is how many calories should I eat per day to lose 1.5 - 2 lbs per week?

You need 1,000 calories a day to drop 2 pounds weekly, and notes that 1 pound of body weight equals about 3,500 calories.
Here is dietary guidelines for weight lose
1) Avoid Junk food
2)Avoid carbonated Beverages
3)Avoid clarified butter
4) Just take 8 hours sleep, getting more sleep leads to more weight gain
5)Take more vegetables and fruits
6) Take lean meat
7)Take 1-2 glasses of water before lunch and dinner then take your meals after 15 minutes
8) Do 30 minutes walk
9) Take 1 glass luke warm water, add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and take this before breakfast, after 15 minutes take your breakfast
