Suggest Diet Plans To Lose Weight

hello i need some tips about what to eat in my diet .. im a 18 years old girl my plan is to lose 2 kilos every week for the next 3 weeks i just need to eat normaly i can cut bad sugars and fast food but i cant cut white rice and bread :( i can work out every day !!! but the problem is that i always feel very hungry and it ends up by a huge night bing and i gain back the weight i lost please help

HELLO THANX FOR USING HCM.
DEAR WEIGHT LOSS BECOMES EASY IF YOU CUT DOWN BOTH FAT AND CARBOHYDRATES.
Its not you have to totally avoid carbohydrates ,you have to reduce consumption.carbohydrates include all kinds of cereals and pulses ,fruits, milk and products, sugars .They are the major energy suppliers.

Eat small meals, stick to right porion size. eat plenty of salads.

When ever you feel hungry try to munch on salads ,as they give you negligible calories.Add healthy proteins in your meals as they satisfy hunger ,gives you fullness.

Add less oil in cooking avoid deep fried products,bakery products, juices, sweetened drinks.
