Hi, Please let me know on the food that i should take to reduce my weight. it was also observed that one should take 3 regular meals & excercise 4 days in a week. Please let me know what type of meals i should take on daily and simple excercise to start with.
My age is 31, height 165 cms & weight 81 kgs. I am a non-smoker, non alocholic guy.
