You BMI is 21 , which is perfectly normally.Please calculate your waist hip ratio and if it is normal too , you dont need to lose weight.Even then if you would like to lose weight for cosmetic purpose , the best and healthy way to chose is to do
aerobics , running , jogging along with diet which is rich in
vitamins ,
proteins , low carbs and low fat.It is not advisable to skip meals or remove fat completely from your diet in order to reduce weight.
Weight reduction is possible in a healthy way only when the food consumption is balanced with activity and vice versa.Drink plenty of water , which would help in increasing your facial glow.
Diet specifically should exclude excess fats and easy digesting carbs like rice , ice creams , carbonated drinks.
