I hav quite a few big ones on my face and some of them are white and some have closed up and one of them crusted and fell of and I can see a little blood. It's not dripping. Can you please tell what to eat. Can I eat plain noodles And biscuits?

Hi dear,

First of all, let me tell you that you are already going into the remission phase of your VIRAL illness as its 5 days since the symptoms started (so half the race is already won). You need to eat food which will help build up your immunity particularly citrus fruits and juices. 2-3 glasses of orange juice or home made lamonade will help boost up your immunity and increase the hydration level. Do not take spicy or heavy oily foods as it will impose extra burden on your digestive system. preferred homemade light food like porridge. yes, you can have your biscuits but noodles are not advised. prefer fruits with lot of water. get well soon.
