Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below:
1. Drink plenty of water per day.
2. Take fruit juice and green vegetables in your diets. And take fiber
corn 30 gm after food once a day.
3. Avoid coffee & legume &
gluten.
4. Make a diet low in FODMAPs (Fermentable, Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols)
5. Take probiotics
lactobacillus capsules 2 times a day to normalise bacterial flora.
6. Take oral laxative (
Cremaffin Plus) at bed time in a cup of milk.
First do what I told. After 15 days treatment I will tell you some tricks to eradicate this disorder.
