General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Gastric lavage is needed by surgeon and gastroenterologist once should be visited. It good milk and water first, it's weak acid alkaline little bit water is good. Make from natural ingredients like cucumber in water. alkaline foods can be eaten fruits, vegetables, nuts, and legumes or neutral foods, dietician advice is good.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
