Suggest Diet To Be Followed For Poor Muscle Strength And Blurry Vision
My sister lost lot of muscle strength, even proper vision after very high fever due to urinary bacterial infection which had spread to blood also. Can you give me a food list for whole day from break fast to dinner. Her age is 60 and of B blood group.
Based on the history you have shared, she needs to first confirm for any nutritional deficiencies contributing towards muscle weakness and vision. Also possibility of neuromuscular junction disorders which present with visual blurring as well as muscle weakness should be ruled out after a neurologist review. Levels of B12 folic acid and D3 should also be confirmed. Diet plan should be accordingly. Uric acid levels and sugar levels should also be monitored. Usually animal sources like milk products and meat and liver are rich in vitamins needed for muscles. Eye need normal vitamin A too so should be looked after as well.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
