Suggest Diet To Be Followed Post Recovery From Diarrhea

My mother has had diarhrea for 6 weeks and she wont go to the doctor, what kind of diet should she be on, she is mostly eating rice, toast, noodles with butter salt and pepper, applesauce and bananas. Is there anything i can add to her diet. She has said she would go to the dr after the holidays. Thank you so much I appreciate any advice you could give me,

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Diet while suffering or after recovery from diarrhea is to consume easily digestible semi-solid and more of liquid diet. She can add probiotics as well.
She needs to consume good quantities of water and fresh fruit juices along with oral rehydration solutuons so as to prevent dehydration.
Gradually, she can switch over to normal diet depending in her response.
