i am a diabetic, though no medication and maintenance, i can maintain my sugar, but i getting bigger though eat less than ordinary one, ususally i eat less than half rice, and a few tablespoon of viand,I am a working mom, 51years old, does clerical work. Hello,

Along with diet control, you also require daily 30 minutes exercises (like brisk walk, jogging, swimming etc) to lose your weight. You should avoid high calories like fruit juices, sweets, fats, butter, ghee, red meat. Instead take more of green leafy veggie, fresh fruits, roughage.
