Suggest Diet To Be Followed While On Mintop Forte

Hi..I am 24 suffering from hair fall from past 4 years. I haven t used any medication. Recently I realized my scalp was visible. I came to know minoxidil will work for the hair regrowth. so I googled every topic about hair fall I found about this minoxidil solution.and brought Mintop forte 5% from the medical shop. I wonder what are the medication and diet I should follow while I am using mintop forte. what about the minoxidil 10% can I use it because I have less density of my hair. There is no hair on my both sides of my face. can you tell me please. I am looking forward to here solution for my problem from you. thank you
