Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
After having gone through your brief history and the results of the lab tests I am of the opinion that you have Hypothyroidism with high cholesterol and fatty liver.
For hypothyroidism you need to start taking Levothyroxine after consulting a physician.
For high cholesterol level, you need to take Statin like Atorvastatin.
Besides medications, you need to have certain lifestyle modifications like:
1. Avoid taking fatty meals including the fast and junk foods
2. Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables
3. Eat home cooked healthy food
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do regular exercise at least 30 minutes

Hope this answers your query.

A feedback is appreciated.
