Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I have read and understood your worry
Even though some people struggle hard to lose weight, many people rather wish to put on weight. You happen to be one of them. There is one thing you need to know, when you eat you gain energy for your activities and when you work you use the energy you gained from your food. For you to put on weight, there must be a net energy again, that is, energy from food must be greater then energy used. The excess energy will be converted to storeable forms like
proteins in muscles and fats in adipose tissues. This does not mean you throw junk high caloric foods into your system which are not rich in all nutrients, you need high caloric foods which are also rich in all essential nutrients.Few simple steps to gain weight are:
-Double the quantities of what you eat right now
-Eat more frequently, that is, if you used to eat 3 times per day, make it 5 or 6
-Change the sizes of your eating dishes to bigger ones
-Never go for any physical exercise hungry
-Do not take high caloric foods loaded with only sugar and fats, rather, take high caloric foods loaded with slow releasing carbohydrates, proteins, fats,
vitamins, minerals and fibers.
-Always have carbohydrate/protein energy drinks when you are relaxing
In all, never stop eating.
You need to be patient for your weigh will not increase overnight. It is a gradual process that needs commitment and patience and financial sacrifices.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
