hi.. i have just weighed myself and i have put on 2 STONE in 7 months!!!!!!! i need to loose it fast as it has crept up on me and im so down about it.. i have cut down a lot in this past week and never lost a single pound! iv heard of eating certain foods that help burn fat... but what??? HELP!!!
Hi, It makes me happy to see that you are choosing a healthy lifestyle for your betterment. Having an active lifestyle and cutting down on carbs will make a lot of difference. Cut down on the intake of fat and increase protein intake so that there is adequate muscle mass in your body that helps to maintain your BMR. I would recommend you to walk at least for 30 mins everyday and do 10 mins of stretching exercises. If you do not have any other health issue, you can increase the duration and intensity of walking or any other activity of your choice. Hope you see good results soon !
