i am 83kgs and i am 5feet 9 1/2inches tall, please tell me how to lose my weight, my diet consists of lunch with rice, dinner with rice, rice is a carbohydrate which gives thousands of calories, what diet should i follow to lose my weight and how many minutes should i workout daily
weight loss is very much possible with healthy , hygienic balanced diet and with moderate exercise. Diet contributes 80% in weight loss, exercise contributes 20%. Diet should include low carbohydrates, high protein, low fats., 2 to 3 servings of fruits, 4 to5 servings of vegetables. Minimum 3 litres of water intake. Exercise should include cardio for 45min like brisk walking, runnig, swimming ,6 times a week. Add strength training 4 times a week. Go for oatmeal, brown bread, brown rice, chapati, idli. Pulses, sprouts, chicken, egg white are good sources of protein. Use olive oil. Have big bowl of raw salad. remember NO DIET IS COMPLETE WITH OUT EXERCISE.
