Suggest Diet To Minimise The Microalbumin Level To Normal Range
sir, i am diabetic since 25 years,had a history of uncontrolled diabetes.5 months back fbs was 188,hb1ac 8,microalbumin in urine101.one week back fbs 154,hb1ac 6.9,microalbumin in urune 105.TAKING LANTUS 12 UNITS in the morning &gluconorm G1 forte one tablet at night before meal.urimax 0.4 -one tablet at night.age 60 years.bp is normal.122/82.daily 40 minutes walk,one hour swimming.can u suggest diet to reverse this microalbumin,or any alternatives.REGARDS

Maintaining good diabetic control would help to prevent further damage to the kidneys and may reverse some of the problems that are already present.
There is no particular diet that would help to reverse microalbuminuria but maintaining a healthy diet would help with diabetic control.
