My age 31 i am now 92 kg over weight, is this can be reduce daily shall i stop the night food, only fruits and juice i will consume. kindly advise how to REDUCE THE WEIGHT without exercise by DIET PLAN OR SOME OTHER METHOD. I have to fix the weight at 85 kindly advise.

A woman should intake 2000 calories per day and since you want to loose weight you have to intake less than 2000. The best would be to find on the web a table of groceries with the number of calories for each grocerie. You should avoid heavy and fat food and junk food. The main food should be fruits and vegetables. Drink at least 1-5-2 L fluids per day, the best would be water. Avoid drinking sweet drinks.
