Suggest Dosage For Alprax

hi...im here for my dad. he has been taking ALPRAX 0.5 for past 1 nd half month and then with doctor s permission he reduced it to .25 as he was complaining of tiredness, in the sense that after med at night he sleeps more nd difficult to get up in morning. but aftr taking .25 for few days he is not feeling the effect he had while consuming .5. also he is not able to sleep properly. he also has anxiety, overactivity,knee joint pain...pls help

hello there
alprax 0.5 mg should be good for your dad perhaps if he takes a little early in the evening say around 8 pm and goes to sleep by 10. he should be able to then gather a sleep of about 7 -8 hrs waking him up at about 6 am putting him into an activity mode in another 1 hr which should be fine.. as an anxious person he needs a lot of reassurance as well
