Suggest Dosage For Bentyl
hi...my daughter is 9 yrs old, 80 lbs. - she was just rx d bentyl 10mg - take 1 capsule by mouth every 8 hrs if needed for pain - is this the normal starting dose and correct dose for her age and weight? and should i be concerned about any bad side effects?

Bentyl is a safe drug to take for paediatric as well as adults. Your description of the weight of your daughter and dosage is correct. There will be no adverse effects of it because of it's the duration of therapy. so no need to worry.
