Hello, I had a recent blood panal done, and my glucose level was a little high... 114. I am 66 years young. I was reading on line about chromium and it s helpful benefits. I purchased chromium today... GTF - 200 MCG. It suggests one capsule per day. Is that a large dose? Thanks you.GARY
