Suggest Dosage For Clamp Kid Forte Syrup
My daughter is 2.5years old (weight - 9kgs) and has infection in the throat. She has been coughing a lot... The doctor has suggested Clamp kid Forte - 2.5mlx2 times a day, Sy. Mucolite 4ml x 3times a day, Sy. Luphist 3.5ml x 3 times a day. Also Ibugesic plus for fever. Is the dosage of clamp kid forte enough?

Hello Dear. Clam kid fore contains Amoxyllin 400 mg. It is taken as 40mg/kg body weight/dose. Since your child is 9 kgs or roughly ten kgs the dose is correct
