Suggest Dosage For Clexane
I am travelling on a long haul flight 11 hours. I weigh 45kg (7.4stone). My doctor has prescribed 60mg or 0.6 ml of clexane. Is this too much? I only had 40mg when I travelled last year and weigh exactly the same. I had a PE in 2014 due to birth control pills which I have since stopped taking.

You can take .4 ml subcutaneous route. You have to wear compression stockings also.
