Suggest Dosage For Colimex-Df Drops For A Child

Hello sir... my baby is of 9 weeks.. she cries constantly twice a day... doc suggested me to give collimex 7 drops thrice a day ,as per her weight.... somebody in my family advised me that collimex is a very heavy dose medicine....is it ?.... m confused

cause of pain is to be recomanded. it can be colitis. second opinion for pain can be taken. the present medication can give relief from pain but real reason will remain diagnosed.may be swallowing of air is the cause. burping is required. stool examination may be done. the case is not properly diagnosed. sosecond opinion is recomanded.
