Suggest Dosage For Deviry

Hi , I have pcod problem But I am avoiding taking pills for period regularly.as I feel it making me fat So I am trying home remedies by eating Garden cress seeds But this time bcoz of my busy schedule I forgot to eat seeds on time now my period is already late for 2 months Should I eat deviry 10 mg tablet for period regularly for this month..only How much tablet I need to take ?

I understand your concern
You have PCOD. It cause hormone imbalance, menstrual irregularity, weight gain and insulin resistance.
You did not get period since last for 2 months and it is not normal
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and ovarian follicle study for better treatment.

You can take deviry 5 mg twice daily for 5 days.
After stopping pill period will occur in next 5-7 days.
Once period will come, you can ask doctor for following medicine
Tablet krimson 35 to regularise period
Tablet metformin : to reduce insulin resistance and increase ovulation

Avoid excessive sweet in diet, take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Do regular exercise and reduce 10-12% body weight
Drink plenty of water.
