Suggest Dosage For Methylprednisolone

My doctor has prescribed methylprednisolone, 4 mg dosepk, However there were no instructions on the medication supplied to indicate just how many tablets should be taken and when or how oftem. He did say that the instructions were inside the medication. There were instructions, warnings, side effects, but there was no clear information about the actual taking of the medication. Any suggestions, information, advice in this regard???? thank you Jerry

Here are the general instructions for this does pack:
1st day: Take two tablets before breakfast, one tablet after lunch and after supper, and two tablets at bedtime.
2nd day: Take one tablet before breakfast, one tablet after lunch and after supper, and two tablets at bedtime.
3rd day: Take one tablet before breakfast and one tablet after lunch, after supper, and at bedtime.
4th day: Take one tablet before breakfast, after lunch, and at bedtime.
5th day: Take one tablet before breakfast and at bedtime.
6th day: Take one tablet before breakfast.
