Suggest Dosage For Mifepristone

I am taking Mifepristone & Misoprostol (Mifty Kit). Already taking the 1st Tablet. How to take the remaining tablets? any side effects and precautions? I had my last menstrual staring on 20th Dec 2014. I had pregnancy test from the kit twice and it s showing positive.

As you told that you are taking Mifepristone & Misoprostol (Mifty Kit) and you have already taken the 1st Tablet. Please mention the contents of Mifty Kit.

If mifepristone is available, women with undesired pregnancies ≤63 days’ gestation may be offered the option of the following regimen:

Mifepristone 200 mg orally, followed by:

Misoprostol 800 µg vaginally administered once at any point 1–3 days later. Administering misoprostol 6–8 hours after mifepristone appears to be equally effective.
Misoprostol 800 µg sublingually 2 days after mifepristone is another option for women who prefer to avoid vaginal administration, but they should be counselled about increased side-effects.

Side Effects

This method of abortion causes symptoms similar to a miscarriage (such as severe cramping and vaginal bleeding) as tissue and clots pass from the uterus. Symptoms may include:

Nausea.
Vomiting.
Diarrhea.
Headache.
Dizziness.
Chills or hot flushes (sweating and feeling overly hot).
Shivering.
Fatigue.
