General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Fertomid 50 mg is a medication that stimulates ovulation in women which don't ovulate or have fertility problems. Postoval instead, is a hormone named Estradiol. It should not be used during pregnancy, as it may harm the baby. So, in case that you get pregnant, you should stop both medications.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
