Suggest Dosage For Proxyvon Capsules?
I ordered (online) 100mgproxyvon capsules (maker-Wockhardt) I m having surgery for my back next week (Nerve burning-3wks. after cortisone shots.) Have been in constant daily pain and I m unable to get more pain meds-I m aware this is not ideal. I weigh 240lb 5 1 50 yrs old. no other other health concerns. (also bi-polar, on lithium and prozac) Can you give me an idea how much of this I should take?

Proxyvon capsules contains tramadol and acetaminophen which act as analgesics. Tramadol is opioid analgesic and acetaminophen belongs to the group called Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs. Lithium is an element prescribed in several mental illness such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, mood disorders, depression, etc.
Tramadol and Lithium together increases the level of serotonin in the brain which has adverse reactions such as serotonin toxicity or serotonin syndrome with fever, seizures, tremors, etc. Consult your doctor before taking any medications.
