Suggest Dosage Of Hydrocodone For The Treatment Of Chest Pain
i have taken hydrocodone/ac for a few years not i have this pain in my chest that the Doc. have been working on for a bout a month/ what would be the max for pain. How many mg i m taking 20mg ever 6 hours now how many mg are the max a person can take per day
As per clinical history, you are taking too much of medicine and normal dose is 10 mg every 4 to 6 hours, so you need a detailed clinical evaluation by your Doctor[Rheumatologist]. Discuss with your physiotherapist for a specific exercise plan like stretching exercises, and nerve stimulation.
Do follow lifestyle modifications like this:
1) Try placing hot compresses or a heating pad on the painful area several times a day. Keep the heat on a low setting. Ice also might be helpful.
2) Take rest. Avoid activities that make your pain worse like heavy lifting, strenuous exercise and severe coughing, etcetera.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
