Hi, I m hvng PCOD... Is hyponidd n metital good for PCOD... Could u also suggest the number of tablets to be taken and when it should be taken. Does orlistat help in weight loss... As it is getting very difficult to lose weight... I need to lose atleast 10kg of weight... Should orlistat be accompanied with any multivitamin tablets or iron tablets..

Metital is metformin which is primarily an anti-diabetic agent but is also effective in PCOD.
You can take metformin 500 mg twice daily for 3-5 months. Metformin also has a role in weight reduction.
With exercise and a diet programme, Orlistat will help reduce the weight. Orlistat will also help keep you from gaining back the weight you have lost.
