Off late she shows symptoms of stomach ache few times in a day by holding her stomach & also starts scratching her bummy during night saying there is some irritation. Can I give her the Zentel syrup? If yes how & in what quantity & at what time of the day. Before or after food? What would be the after effect after administering this medicine. Is she going to pass loose stools or any such indication?
