Suggest Dosages Of Calcium And Vitamin D Supplements
is there a maximum daily dosage of calcium and also vitamin D? I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia(sp?). Dr suggested taking 500 mg of calcium & 400 mg of vitamin D 2 times a day. Wondering if there is a danger of overdose of either? YYYY@YYYY elaine flora

no there is no danger use calcium tablet is safer and have this tablet with milk it will absorb better
