Suggest Effective Treatment For Mild Pleural Thickening

I was diagnosed with mild pleural thickening. What antibiotics should I take? I was hired as a teacher in bahrain. Unfortunately i failed in gamca medical tests due to this pleural thickening so my application is still pending and no chance in working to any Gulf countries.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear-thanks for using our service. I understand your concern but mild pleural thickening is not a medical problem and does not need treatment, specially if you don't have any symptoms. It happens when you are exposed to some chemicals, also could be secondary to prior lung infections. We don't give antibiotics unless there is an infection. I recommend you to have a CT scan of the chest with and without contrast for a better evaluation. It will be advisible to have a pulmonary function test too ,trying to identify evidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as emphysema or restrictive lung disease.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
