Allergist and Immunologist 's  Response
Hello,

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:

1. I would like to know more details about your eye symptoms and how allergies were diagnosed.

2. Allergic conjunctivitis/rhinoconjunctivitis responds better to allergy shots (immunotherapy). Usual symptoms are eye itching, lacrimation, redness, etc.

3. Swelling around eyes, if due to allergic angioedema, may respond to allergy shots.

4. However, most of the eye allergies do not have eye pain. So I would like to know what is the cause of painful eyes.

5. It requires very detailed information about your problems, previous treatments, investigations, etc to make more specific suggestions.

Hope above information will be helpful to you.

Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.

Wish you the best of the health ahead.

Thank you & Regards.
