Suggest Exercises For Back Pain Post A C-section Surgery
i have had 3 c-sections for all 3 of my kids - the youngest is 14. i have had back problems the last couple year where i cna feela ka- thump & a massive amount of pain on my right side of my back - it takes several weeks to get back to normal but was wondering what excercises i could do to prevent this from happening again
It might be due to spinal injection prior to the surgery. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
