Suggest Exercises For Chronic Pain In The Right Wrist
So i hurt my right wrist 13 months ago lifting weights. i have seen around 8 doctors have done about 3 MRIs 1 CT scan and like 6 x-rays. no doctor has been able to correctly diagnose me. and i have had no success with recovery. it hurts whenever i flex it any direction. i have also gotten two cortisone shots. the best thing that has worked is when somebody massaged my forearm for a while, and the pain disappeared completely but it was only like for an hour then it came back. what would you recommend or what do you think i have? can this be solved with simple exercises? i am pretty desperate. i want to get back to weightlifting.

Suggest Exercises For Chronic Pain In The Right Wrist
Hello, Wrist pain is often caused by sprains or fractures from sudden injuries. Some of the cause of the wrist pain is repetitive stress, arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. I suggest you maintain a wrist brace to maintain the area immobilized. I also suggest using anti-inflammatory medication in case of pain such as Ibuprofen. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
