I believe I have sciatica and want to know what exercises to do for it. I have the symptoms, lower back pain, pain in both back thigh legs when standing or walking, and I had back surgery many years ago for a herniated disc. I do yoga once a week, treadmill twice a week and a weight class once a week. What else can I do?
