Suggest Few Formula That Can Be Given To 8month Old While Breast Feeding

Hi, My daughter is 8months old. She weighs around 8.8 kg. i still breast feed her and give her solid food 4 times a day. As she is growing i'm not sure if i should give some formula also or is breast milk enough for her. If yes then what type of formula should i start with.

Hi, thanks for writing..
If you have adequate breast milk, it would be sufficient for your baby along with other food.. Breast milk is said to be sufficient if baby takes milk and sleeps peacefully for 2 hrs, there is hardening of breast if not fed for more than 3 hrs and when there is milk ejection through the other breast while feeding with one.. If breast milk is inadequate formula feeds can be started which is available for babies between 6-12 months... This can be fed along with breast milk.. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
