Suggest Food Diet To Lose Weight And To Be Healthy
I m confused on which way I should lose weight. I have been on Atkins diet for a week and only lost 2 lbs. The two weeks prior to that I lowered my carb intake and ran over 30 miles and only lost 2 lbs. My husband wants me to cut out all diets and just eat lean meats and greens. I am now on my third day of no sugar or sugar substitutes, I love the idea of no sugar. I did the take shape for life last year and lost 40 but gained it back plus I couldn t afford the meals. What do you think is the best way of eating? I want to be healthy and don t want to gain all this excess weight back on as soon as I finish dieting. I would like it to be a gradual reintroduction, but I really am proud of myself for quitting sugar.

It would have been more appreciate if you have provided your height weight and age. going on these kinds of diet by own can land up with many deficiency and side effects later in life.just follow standard diet with cut down in fat and red meat. Avoid fried foods. No yolks . take lean also in tikka or roasted not in curry. Avoid sugars as u are already doing. Have more fibre like sprouts, channa murmura, fruits, salads, . don't take juices. Have balanced diet. No fruits in evening. More of complex carbohydrates. Avoid simple carbohydrates. Take small and frequent meals 7-8 meas throughout day. Avoid fried foods no sweets.
